The following is to be respected by all Ohana students

Leave your ego at the door! We are all here to learn and improve

Be considerate and respectful to all your training partners

Reckless and emotional training will not be tolerated!

Everybody taps! Its part of learning and improving-we don't keep score

Don't try to drown the person who taught you how to swim

Coaches are here to help you improve-please respect that

No gossip or negative talk about other academies and instructors

No profanity or inappropriate conversation in the gym

No shoes allowed in the gym

All students must wear their required Ohana Academy shirt to class

Practice personal hygiene and wear clean training gear

Introduce yourself to any new students making them feel welcome

Most importantly have fun and enjoy your training!
