It hasn't been easy finding the time to train between being with my family, my job and then driving more than a hundred miles both ways, yet I always had fun learning and I never left disappointed. When I first met Chris he asked me what my martial arts background was, what injuries I might've had and what I wanted to get out of training. He took the time to find out who I am and I really appreciated that. I've been practicing martial arts off and on since I was 10 (I'm 34 now) and I've seen and trained with a lot of well known martial artists. I'd like to say Chris Lund is the real deal.
